Earlier at Cartier, she led global CRM initiatives. She is praised for cross-functional leadership, clean execution and a calm, metrics-first approach to digital acceleration.

Digital Activation & CRM Project Manager at Laforêt Immobilier

Lauren makes CRM feel simple and effective. At Laforêt she led the selection and rollout of a Customer Data Platform and marketing automation, created a unified customer view and built omnichannel programmes that convert interest into appointments.
