Sustainability
Since we began operating our own data centers in 2007, Orange Business has recognized that sustainable operations are crucial to supporting our strategy of being a market leader. Data centers are naturally high consumers of energy and equipment, so we have always focused on energy efficiency and reuse. We were early adopters of ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications for our data centers, both as proof of our commitment and as tools for systematic development.
All our ISO certifications, including ISO 14001 and 50001, are managed and controlled through our integrated management system. By integrating our environmental and energy management efforts under the same umbrella as safety, anti-corruption, and quality, we ensure focus on sustainability across the organization and top management.
We continuously work to promote a healthy social culture where new approaches, methods, and ideas are encouraged. This means regularly modernizing our operational methodology, including improving waste sorting, equipment reuse, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention. Our current operational practices are the result of decades of optimization, and all employees at the data centers are actively involved in this effort.
This is also reflected in our work with subcontractors, where we impose strict requirements on resources, processes, and activities involved in delivering our services. We ensure sustainability in every step of our service production, such as by reducing packaging materials and regularly testing suppliers' models for energy efficiency.
As a customer of Orange Business data centers, you can be confident that we take sustainability seriously.
